Return Policy

Because each piece is handcrafted in small batches, all sales are considered final. That said, I want you to feel confident in your purchase and will always make things right if something isn’t as it should be.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@bradeencreative.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. I will gladly offer a replacement or refund.  Reach out to me at hello@bradeencreative.com.

Due to the handmade nature of my work, slight variations in color, shape, and finish are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.

I am not able to accept returns or exchanges for:

 

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selections at checkout
