Each piece is carefully prepared and packed by hand. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact hello@bradeencreative.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so I can make it right.
