Host Your Own Private Mug Makeover!

MOBILE WORKSHOPS ARE PERFECT FOR:

COST:
$100 per person for participants in the Spokane area
$500 Minimum charge for any group under 5 people

WHAT YOU GET:
This workshop is NOT your average paint a piece of pottery event. Apart from a lot of creative fun, you will receive instruction in a variety of techniques that will allow you to alter and decorate your own professionally thrown leather hard mug. You may carve, paint, apply a molded appliqué, or add texture with a technique called slip trailing. You will learn how to make and attach your own handle too. Once you are finished, I will bring all the mugs back to my studio where I carefully dry the mugs, bisque fire them, glaze and glazed fire them and finally I will sand the bottoms of your mug to a smooth finish. I will return the mugs to the host of the party for return to each participant. The finishing of the mugs in my studio takes between 2 to four weeks.

YOU PROVIDE:

• Table and chairs for all participants
• Access to a sink and water

I PROVIDE:
Everything Else. It will take me a full hour to an hour and a half to set up for your workshop depending on the number of participants. Workshops run 2-3 hours. I have found that once people get into their creative process, they like to take their time. So most of that time is you and your friends, having fun creating your own masterpiece.

This $500 deposit secures your workshop date after we've confirmed availability via email. Please include the following information in the order notes at checkout:

I will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your date and finalize details. The remaining balance is due on the day of the workshop.
